Ok, I just filed my taxes a few weeks ago and owe the IRS a lousy $80. I am a second year college student and have not found any clear instructions as to where to send my $80 check to good'ol Sam. Where the hell is the money supposed to go?? The IRS.gov website is not much of a help. They want my $80, they oughta make it easy for me to pay'em!!! Ok...so someone help me out here! And don't give me your home address ;)

Make a money order payable to the IRS then go to your local IRS building and just open the door and throw it in there and then RUN!!

The address is Internal Revenue Service Center. The city and state depend on what state you live in - the zip code then depends on which version of 1040 you filed. Look in the back of the instruction booklet (can download at irs.gov) for the version of 1040 you filed - the addresses are right near the back of the booklet.

If you efiled, you should have a voucher to include with the $80.

Make check payable to the "United States Treasury". Write on the check, "2006 form (and whichever form you're filing)" along with your name, address, daytime phone number and social security number. Put it in the envelope with your return but don't attach it to the return.

It depends on where you live. Go the bottom of the last page of the PDF file at this link: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1040.pdf?portlet=3
