They will taste good in burritos, tacos, tostadas, hummus, salad, and bean burgers. Yum! They are tastier to me than meat - and you can use beans just like meat! And yes they do freeze.

You could make a big pot of Black bean soup - especially since you already have some rice in with them!
Then you can "freeze" the soup in the freezer!
a Black Bean Cracker dip if your beans are tasty enough to make a dip out of them!
When I make my Black Bean Dip I always add mashed up hard boiled eggs and its absolutely fantastic!
And if you enjoy baking Bread - you can always run about a cup of them through the food blender - puree them - and add them to your flour, etc when you are making your next batch of bread. You would not believe how delicious this bread can be!
Then you could just put them into a container with a real tight lid and place them in the Freezer as they will last for a couple of months being frozen and you can then use them later at your leisure!

You can mix the refried beans with prepared taco meat and put it in freezer bags and save them for burritos, enchiladas or use it in a taco salad. Smear the black beans on a platter, top with a layer of salsa, sour cream, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese and black olives. No cook alternative for a quick supper. Serve with tortilla chips.

Here's a salad recipe with black beans as an ingredient.
1 ea., red, green, & yellow bell peppers, diced
1/2 c. diced red onion
1 can corn, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. cilantro
1/4 c olive oil
4 T red wine vinegar
1 tsp lime juice
2 cups cooked black beans, rinsed & drained.
Combine all ingredients and toss. Serve with tortilla chips.
Other idea: use some of them in chili.
You can freeze them until you think of ways to use them.

Mash some with some well seasoned mashed potatoes and fry them into patties. Great with a spicy sauce. Or, puree some and freeze it for a soup base for another time. Puree some and add sour cream, onions, green pepper and a dash of horseradish for a nice bean dip. Better yet, send them to me and I will make these yummy things! Hope this helps

with the black beans, you can use them in tacos. I really like them in my tacos. maybe go with salmon or trout. and the refried black beans, ****, you don't need any other recipe, you're already good to go. just warm up with some cheese, and damn, you've got a meal right there.
