find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

I've read a lot lately about taking fish oil tablets to tackle belly fat. Dr Oz (from Oprah) also supports this. you can buy them at any pharmacy, target, etc for like 10 bucks. my friend has done this and lost 2 inches from her belly in 3 weeks doing nothing else, I started mine today! hehe good luck

When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.

MOI is right...Running isn't going to do anything for your belly...Do situps...You have to exercise the problem area...Also, lay off fat foods...sweets, high carb foods, etc...

ignore what people say
SIT-UPS
though yes, technically they don't make you thinner, they exercise that area which is what you want.
It works and you see results.
