dont waste your money.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

They tastes OK and will help initially with weight loss. Unfortunately evidence is accumulating that 2 in 3 people who diet actually end up heavier! Sustained weight loss requires vigorous exercise as well.

well..yes ,if you do the slim diet the way its said,you will lose some weight,my aunt was doing the slim fast diet and i think like 8 pounds in a week.you can tell its working.i know if you put some exercises into the diet you will see a bigger diffrence.i say go for it.xoxo

If you use them for more than a week you'll feel seriously sick. They're just a pile of absolute dehydrated chemical rubbish. Add your milk and drink your dose of fats, sweeteners, buking agents and preservatives. Yum. Read the ingredients list, then ask yourself if you really want that in your body.
As soon as you stop using them your weight will go back on anyway.
Yes, I have used them - that's how I know!

Go bland. Plain, straightforward, unseasoned food such as cooked chicken, plain rice and a bare baked potato are nutritious but your palette will tire of these quickly, unlike salty moreish ready-made food, which keeps you snacking and piling about the pounds.
