You will most likely have to bleach your hair before you dye it. There is a brand of hair dye called Manic Panic that has really wild colors. Any color you can think of.

you would have to bleach your hair first... go to a beauty supply store and buy some bleach & 40 volume developer. that way you have a good canvas to dye your hair whatever color you want. I like jerome russel punky colors.

Bleach your hair white, wait a week, and then dye it whatever color you want. This will make the color bind to your hair.
