Funnily enough, it's a question that I often ask myself as unfortunately good does dominate a large part of my mind as I am an anorexic. Anyhow I imagine my last meal would probably be very similar to one of my weekly (or bi-weekly in the Summer) binge eating sessions where I stuff myself with all sorts of goodies (well, to be more accurate they are all bad food - junk)...but the only difference is that I 'd be eating with joy rather than with guilt! I wouldn't have to worry about having to face with the post-pigging out punishment:: another crash diet to get rid of the weight i put on....nor would I need to feel bad about wasting money I spent on all the food that i bought which normally enough to serve 20 adutls! Moreover, it is also unnecessary for me to let the resulting dilemma - i.e. whether I should chuck away all the left over food (still able to feed 10 hungry men) to avoid myself from eating more later in the night or the next day and to destroy any evidence which will remind me of such shameful behaviour....or should I keep it and so I am not committing another crime in addition to eaing loads - not only have I spent too much moeny on crap food but also now throwing half of it away, how wasteful, how embarrassing! No , this time I 'd just eat till I die!

What shall I have:

MacDonald's chicken nuggest, 2 packs of 6 with mustard sauce and ketchup
A quarter pounder with cheese
A sausage sarnie on toasted white bread (no crusts) with loads of butter
A king prawn curry with plain rice (don't like Pilau rice - very imp this)
Penne Arrabiata with extra chllli (no parmasan pls, just black pepper)
Seafood risotto
Chinese special fried rice
Pot Noodles Chicken and Mushroom (sorry I know most of you prob find it errrrr...)
Either Steak and Chips or a fish dish, even fish fingers will do!
Some random snacks, crisps, chocolates, biscuits, cakes, pastries , just a bit of everything

I will let you know if I think of more...

Drinks...I am good, only ever drink diet soft drinks...I don't drink alcohol either...San Pelligrino Sparkling water is what I normally have...

Hold on 1 sec....I also fancy a selection of cheese, no, don't like crackers, baguette please...

I am dribbling now....

King prawn vindaloo, aloo gobi, taka dhal, pilao rice followed by a double espresso, big fat cuban cigar, large asbach brandy. I'd really enjoy the meal and I know they wouldn't enjoy it when my body released all its contents!!!

Leg of lamb, fresh aspargus, scalloped potatoes, really good hard rolls and fresh butter, with black-berry cobbler for dessert. Oh, and a bottle of good Pinot Noir.

A smorgasbord.
Great wine too.
An apple Tine to begin with.
Perhaps a coffee with amaretto to finish off with.
