I am not a Shamrock fan, pretty much hate him but he deserves to be in the Hall of Fame. He was one of the originals in the sport back when it was more of a freak show than a sport. He helped pave the way for fighetrs of today, he was a champion, he was a pioneer, and he fought in some huge fights. He was in some historic fighst from his fights versus the great Royce Gracie to Dan Severn to his feud with Tito Ortiz. He has also helped train a number of very good young fighers and has been a face for the sport. He is an extremely influential fighter who has left his mark on the game. As much as I hate Shamrock he is worthy of the Hall of Fame.

Ken Shamrock deserves to be in the hall of fame; Although he probably stayed in the game longer than he should have, the man has paid his dues to MMA in the UFC. Shamrock was one of the originals there from the very beginning, and fought some incredible fighters and beat quite a few of them. Because of that fact, Ken Shamrock was enshrined in the UFC hall of fame.

Kem Shamrock has been fighting since UFC 1, and fought Renzo Gracie to a draw. The gracies basically created UFC to show how effective brazilian jiu-jitsu is against other arts. When the competitors started to evolve the Gracies pulled out, but Kem Shamrock kept fighting until last year again Tito Ortiz

Kem Shamrock proved to be one tough fighter from the beginning, and that's why he's in the all of game.

your obviously a new fan. well Jr. ,ken shamrock fought in the first ever UFC ppv , he was also the first ever heavyweight champion. he was also one of the first to fuse styles together , back when most other fighters where one dimensional. also his aggression , and physical power, drew people to watch the ufc , and he helped pull it out of its bankruptcy with his epic rivalries , such as the one with the Gracie's , and the one with Tito Ortiz.
