If you really need ham and it really needs to be kosher, get a turkey ham! Be sure all Jewish attendees at your dinner know that the 'ham' is turkey, and that turkey 'ham' has no pork in it. It's simply cured dark turkey meat made to be used like ham. It's really quite tasty and does strongly resemble ham in looks and taste and texture. It will be much smaller, of course, so you won't have the huge pretty slices you can get with a pork ham, but it really will work.

Be clear that it's turkey so you won't put your guests in the awkward position of having to explain themselves and their religious dietary laws, or of having to abstain from eating something you've served. If you're unfamiliar with kosher cooking, please do a little research. Phone a local synagogue or look it up online. I know there's no pork, and you're not supposed to have meat and dairy together, but you'll need a little more info than that to truly make your guests comfortable.

I don't think that's possible since most Jews don't eat ham. The meats that is listed as Kosher is over seen by a Rabbi from the rearing to the butchering. Good luck.

What I don't get is why you would ask a question like that. Uh, just in case you don't know and are serious, there is no such thing as under Kosher law, pork is not allowed.
