isn't he dead?

Yes, He proved to the world he loves us when he shed his blood on the cross for us. If this isn't love then what is? How many people would actually lay down their lives, so that mankind can live a life without sin (you must be saved through the grace of God.)? Jesus didn't have to give his life, he wanted to. He wanted to make sure we spend an eternity in heaven and not in hell.

Hi Zoe, Don`t you know that Jesus loves you,He wants you to love Him too,
Stand before Him and surrender,let His love-light shine on you;
Feel the warmth pass thru your body,feel it melt your heart within;
Ask forgiveness and accept Him,let His Spirit enter in.

Part of a song I used to sing at prayer meetings.
God bless.

In fact; God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life. John 3:16

Yes I did and I thank you for reminding others, no matter what their religious preference, that He loves them as well.
God bless you always, and thanks for the opportunity to spread the Gospel of truth.

I'm not a Christian, but I appreciate the spirit of the sentiment you're trying to convey. May your faith inspire many acts of kindness and generosity.

As a Humanist who cherishes religious freedom, I do not feel the need to disparage your beliefs in order to make me feel more certain of my own, and I pity those who do.

Peace.
