Hace calor y sol hoy. Es 11 de abril (I wouldn´t say "hoy" again). Hoy fui a pescar al océano. Pesqué (yo can also say "cogí", but "pesqué" is better) un pez muy grande y mi hermano también. Nos comimos los peces pare cenar. También fui en metro a Boston hoy. Me llevó hasta el hospital para la cita de mi hermano con el doctor. (or "médico", as you wish)

I would change the first sentence to "Hoy hace calor y hay sol."
Agarrar is more like clutching or grabbing than catching in the sense of a fish, but for lack of a better word off the top of my head, I'd change the sentence after muy grande to "y mi hermano agarro (with an accent) uno también."
Para la cenar would probably be better as para la cena.
Viajaba por metro en Boston hoy hasta el hospital para la cita medica de mi hermano.

This is how I would say it.
Hoy es un dia soleado y hace calor. Hoy es el once (11) de Abril. Hoy fui a pescar en el oceano. Pesque un pescado muy grande y mi hermano tambien. Cominos el pescado de cena (or- cenamos el pescado). Tambien fui a Boston en el metro. Me llevo al hospital para la cita que mi hermano tenia con el doctor (or- medico).
