This is in regard to transferring funds in an IRA account. I don't need a medallion stamp, just a regular signature guarantee but my bank doesn't have them and I need this done ASAP. Any ideas would be appreciated.

If you mean you need a document 'notarized', look in the yellow pages under 'Notary Public'. Any clerk of courts can perform the same service in most places. Most attorneys are Notaries as well.
