I like my best friend now...?

People have been giving me advice saying that we should just go out already. There are just a few problems, we consider each other brother and sister, he only answers my calls/texts at like 9pm-1:30am. Oh and then last night he was playing x box live and he was talking to me and people, so he was like hold up I'm on the phone, and apparently his friend was like with who and he said my mom. SO i was like no you don't say that I'm your mom! SO he was like nah I'm jk I'm tlaking to my sister, which kinda made me mad still. So he goes on and his friend says is your sister hott? and he said yeah she loves you. I was so mad that i said i had to go. And he was like right now? and i was like yeah sorry bye.

BUT.... a couple days ago he was all like lets hang out and lets talk like this more often [we talked on the phone for 3.5 hours that night] and he was saying how he WOULD kiss/makeout with me and stuff and now i just don't know if he likes me or not?

Oh yeah, he likes you. I think the only reason why he's afraid to make a move is because he's unsure of your feelings for him. Also, alot of best friends are afraid to start a relationship because they're afraid that it might ruine their friendship. If he's making comments like making out with you, then you know he finds you attractive and not just some sister, guys dont think about making out with their sisters.

I want to know what kind of lunatic/idiot tells one little girl to get her friends together and have a sleepover and invite another little girl over so they can cut her hair for revenge? Do you think this is funny? If one of those children gets hurt, are you prepared to accept responsibility or face their parents? Even if no one is physically injured, you could still be held criminally and civilly liable for inciting assault and/or injury to a child. Still think it's funny? You should be banned from this site for life.
