unholy tarantula would be something like

unholy = profano(a) [no sagrado], impío(a), perverso(a)

so it would be: tarántula perversa.

I don't even know what that means in English. What on earth is an unholy tarantula? As if tarantulas were holy to begin with!

I do think your new screen name is cool,
as for the translation you can use the one you like the most from this ones:
Tarantula Impia
Tarantula Profana
Tarantula Perversa
Tarantula Maldita

hope that helps.

Well....Let's see:

Holy in Spanish is "santa' so, "holy tarantula" would be...Tarantula Santa.

In Spanish, we don't say unholy, in that case we would probably say evil, "mal" which would make "unholy tarantula"..."bad/evil tarantula"= Bad Tarantula.

I would say: "tarántula profana".
