My daughter just had her license temporarily suspended, while she was in my car. The car is registered under my name. I'm just wondering if the police can see she had her license suspended through my car's license plate number?

No, but driving with a suspended license may land her in a JAIL CELL if she was ever pulled over, and as the other answerer said, insurance don't cover suspended drivers. If she was involved in a serious accident, it could bankrupt you. Don't risk it. Get the keys back ASAP.

Sorry, but I know for a fact that the car's plate number goes into the 'puter; if the car is moved during the suspension, chances are it would probably be observed at least until the driver is spotted and identified. Here in Texas, my nephew's license was suspended while using my car, and I was stopped three or four times during the six months his license was not valid. Each stop was a "routine check" and I had a clean record, my vehicle is always maintained according to State law and I always observe the laws while operating my car, so there was no "justification" for the stops except for the suspension of the young man's license.

No, they see it when they run her license. BTW, if she has a crash in your car while driving on a suspended license, your insurance will not cover. She does not have a license now and should NOT be driving for any reason!
