Is there a website where you can make all your favorite foods you've grown up with but without the excess fats, sodium content, and high carbohydrate percentage? You know, you make everything you've always wanted to have without it tasting like you didn't use the heavy heart clogging stuff? In other words, it would taste just like the original but it would have less fat carbs and sodium content.

There are a plethora of web sties devoted to healthy cooking. Google "healthy recipes" or "healthy eating" or "cooking light", etc....etc............. Allrecipes.com has a whole section devoted to cooking light as to most recipe sites.
