I am an agnostic deistic humanist.
Agnostic: I don't know if there is a god or higher power, and I admit it. I doubt that there is, but I admit the possibility.
Deist: If there is a god, I don't believe that any religion on earth is right. At the same time, I don't think that any one (except for possibly Scientology) is wrong about absolutely everything. All faiths hold truth.
Humanist: It doesn't really matter if there is a god, it doesn't really matter if there is an afterlife. What matters is what you do in this world. Make the world a better place, for now, and for future generations. Always do the best that you can do: try to help people, be kind. If there is no afterlife, then you have helped to make the world a better place. If there is an afterlife based on rewards/punishment then the virtues of your actions should be enough.
What's going to happen? Will I get to the Gates of Heaven, and St. Peter will say, "Well, you were a very good person, you helped as many people as you could, even when it was not to your benefit. You lived a very good life, and you have made the world a slightly better place. Unfortunately, you slept in on Sundays, so you're going to Hell. Sorry."
If that happens, then there is something seriously wrong with the system. If that happens, then I don't want in. You should be judged by your actions, not your beliefs.

Mom's father was a Baptist preacher, so she sent me to his church regularly when I was a child. Dad's relatives are Methodists, so I attended that church some too. I explored other religions, e.g. Buddhism and Taoism, but my family did not approve. Some minister prayed to have the "Devil of Buddhism" removed from me. I doubted my family religions when I was 7 or 8 years old. As I learned more, I doubted it ever more. I took Bible History in college. Now, I am an atheist...as a result of all my studies and deep thinking about the matter.

Spiritism is a philosophical doctrine akin to Spiritualism, established in France in the mid 19th Century, which has become a sort of religious movement. Like Spiritualists, Spiritists believe in the survival of the souls after death and the importance of eventual communications received from them, but the two movements claim to be very different otherwise and any conflation or linkage of the two terms is regarded as pejorative by both Spiritualists and Spiritists.

I prefer titles like, "Christian," "God's child," "disciple of Christ," etc. because they tie me with Christ and His teaching. I've attended mostly Baptist, Bible, and Evangelical Free Churches while moving around the country, but my preferred title is "Christian." The problem is that so many people claim the same but look nothing like the biblical version of a Christian, that I begin to wonder why they claim to be so at all.

I born Catholic, although I think God, is what my religion is all about, base in what he wants, for me to become. Follow the ten commandments, because that is the only way, not to be negative, a/o become negative or evil. Open the door to others and their own belief's as long as they aren't interfering with my own responsibilities to HIM(God). also I make sure to take the Ten commandments, into practice, with others. and that is it.

I belong to the Christian Reformed Church. We believe in Jesus as the way of salvation, that He died for the sins of the world and all those who believe and trust in Christ will be saved. We believe in the Trinity, God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus will return to take His Church home. We believe in the Resurrection of Christ. We believe the Bible is the literal Word of God.
