Try pressing and holding the Power/ATT and the SEL buttons at the same time for about 5 seconds. If that doesn't work, try the Power, SEL, and Eject buttons.

If the CD comes out when you do this, you should be able to use it normally afterwards.

Lol, jvc is notorious for having this problem. Use the answer above and if that doesn't work u may need to get your radio serviced. it is almost better to get a new radio though.
