you can buy the over the counter (non prescription) morning after pill. its only effective to prevent pregnancy up to 72 hours after the accident.
if 72 hours already passed your kinda outta luck. next step would to decide if you want to keep the baby or not. then go get a BLOOD pregnancy test (they are more accurate)

wait about a week or two then your girlfriend should get a pregnancy test . if she's not pregnant then be very careful next time if she is you'll have some decisions to make

just have your girlfriend go to a clinic like planned parenthood. & dont worry if you're teenagers because they keep everything confident. they can give you an emergency pill.
