Just ask her out of the blue. I never have the balls to do it, but it will probably work out very well.

I say go for it!
Just be confident and ask her out. It's just a date, its not like you're asking her to be your baby's mama.
If she's into you she'll say yes. Which is awesome! If she's not she'll say no. Which is fine, because you two can still become friends, and you can quit wasting your time pining about her and find someone else worth pining over.

p.s The movies is a bad first date idea- try to think of something more interactive so she'll see your personality shine.

well my bf asked me out straight out of the blue and it's great because if wed gotten to know each other a lot in a different way we may have ended up being friends instead so id say just ask her out, maybe she has a thing for you too.

if it's a new strategy for you then yes it may feel a tad awkward to you....but go for it. What do you have to lose? You said you havn't talked to her very much at alll, but at least you've talked to her. You can ask her straight up if she'd like to go to a show with you or a dance........if she says NO* i dont even know you.......ask if she'd like to get to know you better as you would like to get to know her better~
You have nothing to lose. The worst that can happen is she'll say No Thanks* ......but don't think negatively.......you may be surprised when you hear her say Yes* goodluck

you shouldn't invite her to the movies right off since you don't really no much about her take her some were or creat an occasion/sittuation where you can get to know her better and if she seems confortable talking to you then you invite her to see a movie with you.
