her eye is getting bloody red and im getting worried what does this mean is it a sign of blindness?

That's painful! Take her to the vet!
It could be something as simple as a broken blood vessel or an infection. Or it could be cancer.
This is no time for home remedies or a "wait-and-see" attitude. Her sight may depend on your getting her to a vet immediately.

she probably just popped a blood vessel. i've done that before, and my eye got really red. i would take her to the vet and maybe get some pain medication. she's probably in a lot of pain.

It means you need to take her to the vet at once -- or she could become blind, or the eye could become infected and she could be in GREAT pain, and/or she could lose the eye.

Only your vet can tell you for sure. It could be an injury or an infection. Make an appt. with your vet, ASAP (or go to an emergency vet, since it's Sunday), she needs some kind of treatment.
