No it's not sweetcorn. It's a hyrbrid. Popcorn is its own crop. I used to sell crop insurance in the midwest. There were classifications for sweetcorn, feedcorn, seedcorn, and popcorn. You can't eat the feed and seed corn. The other two have their own separate uses.

No, it is definately not. If you go to your local supermarket, pick some up,it looks likt little balls, when you but fresh popcorn you will sometimes see these balls in the bottom of the bag, these go to high heat then explode, therefore making popcorm, the corn pops!
It's great fun to make, as you asking this question, I presume you have never done it. You are really missing out - it is great fun!

The Bible recognises the life of the Canaanite god Ba'al in numerous locations. as a count of certainty that Christian monotheism originated interior the deserts of Egypt which became before Polytheist. for this reason the early followers have been on very close shield for the old impacts. In later situations the Egyptian strategies have been tempered with the strategies of Zoroastrianism with its bi-polar actual/incorrect mentality which keeps to be the lynchpin of Christian morality to this present day. till now that it became straightforward obedience for this reason Commandments, Deuteronomy etc.
