i just found out about this i feel aweful for my girl and to make things worse my buddy did it to her, and she wont do anything about it knowing he is my friend, how can i get her to?

you at least need to tell the police. chances are if he did it to his friends gf he has done it to other girls too.

First of all if you still consider this guy your buddy there is something wrong with you. Being rapped is not a game and it should be reported ASAP.She needs to be able to tell the her parents or the Cops so that this "buddy" of your is taken care of. I know that it may be hard for her but if you want to be a good boy friend i would consider helping her through all of this .

if she was not a party to it and wants to avenge her insult then confront the guy if both r above age of consent then it may be difficult but get him to accept it or take legal advice at times it is difficult to prove rape and the guy gets let off.
if u had taken medical coverage things would have been easier. and if the girl is below legal age 4 sex then the guy can be booked 4 rape as sex with or w /o consent constitutes rape

best thing you can do is tell her it's not her fault and he needs to be stopped ..he needs to get some help. She needs to talk with the police*, go to the doctors..go to counselling to work through this, as it won't ever go away.......Whether it's your buddy or not.....no need for you to get in trouble with the law..just report him.....dont take the law into your own hands.....be there for your g/friend for support and tell her it would be wise if she got even more support through counselling* This isn't Her Fault*~ Bestwishes.

2. turn him in
3. support your girlfriend and let her know that she comes first.
If she was not properly taken care of at the hospital after the rape, (they use a special rape kit to gather evidence) she will have dfficulty in the prosecution. That is a matter for the district attorney to figure out.

WTH! GO TO THE POLICE!!! They will need evidence though I think. She cant just not do anything! Doesnt she want justice???!!! How could your so called friend do that to her! Im suprised you havent kicked a**. Offer to go with her to the police. I cant believe that guy is STILL your friend why havent you gotten rid of him??

God bless you for being soooo understanding! Man, my heart hurts for your gf, because I know EXACTLY how she feels(happened to me early on in my relationship with my kids' father/bf). You cannot make her report it, but I highly suggest encouraging her to, and definately cut all ties with the jerkface that used your girlfriend and took advantage of her.

she must be brave and report the rape... he will rape again if he does not have to pay for his criminal action. be there for her,support her and keep loving her,be patient with her...
