Are you talking about Segrams 7 mixed with 7 Up?

A Seven and Seven is very specific on both ingredients used. The liquor is Seagram's 7 whiskey and the mixer is 7-up. Any other combination is just not the same. This is a great way to enjoy whiskey in a refreshing highball.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Seagram's 7 whiskey
7-up
lemon wedge for garnish
PREPARATION:
Pour the Seagram's 7 in a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with 7-Up.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Oh I've made many at the restaurant. In a rocks glass filled with ice, 1 shot Seagram's 7, and fill to almost the top with 7-Up. Stick in a swizzle straw and there it is!
