join them-compermise-if all else fails quit the team and make one that does agree.

Allow triple the amount of time you think you will need for debate and disagreement, and then (provided you are the moderator) let them know, "we're not leaving, eating or going to the bathroom until a consensus is reached, even it we are sequestered for three days." Then give them lots of coffee.
