If you have the chance to leave the country,just take a vacation to Canada and look there for some kind of agency related with couples etc. We have several in USA and many people got lucky.Also,the Internet,try Canada and ask for any kind of agency.Keep in mind that you're in Iran,and that is not good news.Sorry.Good luck,fella.
