Bought some last week, rather large piece, just wondered when it is best to use it buy? Not eating it as quickly as we thought!

Making fudge is a specialty of mine. Everyone is right about keeping it in the fridge but you can go one step further and put it in the freezer too, just wrap tightly!!

I make my own fudge and it stays for 2-3 months as long as it is refrigerated.

I know it can last for a really long time! My guess is about 2 months without anything going bad with it.

it lasts for about ten minutes in my house! if you wrap it up and keep at room temp it should last for months
