Every sinner/sin will be punished. Maybe not today but eventually a certainty. We all will stand before the judgement seat of Christ to give an account of every sin. Just because you didn't get your legs cut off today or brain cancer doesn't mean hell doesn't wait for you at the end.
God cannot look on or tolerate sin. Not everything that happens is necessarily a punishment. A child born with a handicap is not being punished. It is for a purpose to bring glory to God in some way that we may not understand. it might lead to some sinner being saved down the road. It may lead to someone researching a cure to save 1000's from that handicap.
He will punish you if you do not ask for forgiveness. We all get punished.

The answer to your questions are found in this verse:
2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
God definitely exists, and He is the only source of relevancy in the world. He doesn't want you to die without repenting of your sins and accepting Christ as your Savior. That's why He is being patient with you right now.
But if you do continue to reject Christ, there will come a day when God will be your Judge, not your Friend:
Romans 2:5-9 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds:
To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:
But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile.
So just because you think you're getting away with something now, that won't always be the case. I just hope that it won't be too late by the time you figure that out:
Galatians 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

You have made the devil your god, he is the one who causes bad things toward those who love our Father in Heaven. So why should you be concerned everyday with your blaspheme towards God. It's the white throne judgment of God that
everyone will stand before that will determine our destiny eternally.

Sincerely speaking I defy God too, and myself.
Why doesn't God punish me, could it be that God is able to forgive.
Could it be that the Atheists Non-Religion is wrong?
Could it be that our lives are irrelevant?
Could you be nothing? What makes your life so important compared to any other life?

You could do the same thing with Mike Tyson and he will punish you on the spot,God however desires your salvation and is much more merciful.

God doesn't smite people today like he did in the Old Testament. He will however withhold his blessings from your life.
Oh yeah, there's that whole Hell thing you've got waiting on you.

Maybe He has better things to do.
Maybe He IS kind, just, and loving, and therefore...patient.
Maybe you are too insignificant to be worthy of His notice.
Maybe you were put here to punish the rest of us for our transgressions, and so your defiance of Him is actually part of His plan for you.

In this life we suffer the consequences of our sin. The next life is where we face the judgment of God.
Do not be deceived, for God is not mocked.
