Use to make carrot cake, zucchini-carrot bread or zucchini-carrot muffins. Put in the pot when making soup (strain it out before serving, or blenderize the soup smooth.) Put in homemade spaghetti sauce to add fiber and vitamins. It is high in fiber, but low in taste and moisture.

you can put it in your stock pot (before boiling it) or add it to your bread mix, or use it for a carrot soup (add some soft cheese when it's done and blended properly).
