it takes time to get the fire back after the trust has been broken. it's not an easy thing to lose. it's the most important ingredient in any HEALTHY relationship. i surggest marriage/couples therapy for starters. it helped me a lot when there were issues that came up in my marriage. i can't guarantee that the trust will be what it was but you can recover from it. but both parties have got to want to work things out and move on w/ the understanding that if the trust is broken again that it is completely over no matter if there's still love btwn. that you will absolutely not put up w/ being led to and hurt again and STICK to it. i believe in giving everyone a second chance, just a not a 3rd, 4th,etc.... b/c then you just become a door mat. so what i'm saying is you have to work on the emotional feeling first b/c our emotions are tied to the sex and well if the mind isn't right neither will the body. work on healing first and then you can work on the fire. it will come back if you want it to.

I don't care who you are if you lose trust then you've lost the most important thing you need to worry about fixing the trust problem first then the fire.

Trust is the foundation of ALL relationships. If you don't have that, you don;t have a real relationship. Work on repairing that first, and then work on the romance part.
