Not at any of the Casinos that I've been to. The only time you can do that is if its a chain and they have casinos all around (ex. Harrahs .. thats all over, different cards at each place, but same account number in the end)

In Las Vegas withTotal Rewards players club you can use the same card at Harrahs, Caesars, Ballys and others you can also use the same card in Reno & Atlantic City. The One Club you can use at Circus Circus & Mandalay Bay also MGM has there card That you can use in alot of casinos as well.
