Get up, move a lot, eat less, eat well. It's that simple.

Every time you are about to lay down (except for sleeping), sit down, or rest -- don't -- just keep moving.

Every time you are hungry, eat small healthy snacks. Not large meals.

NO Fast Food!

Don't go through drive-throughs -- park your car and walk.

Take the parking spots FURTHEST from the store to force walking.

NEVER eat less than 2 hours before bed time.

NEVER drink soft drinks.

If you want sweets -- eat fruit.

It's all about self discipline. No one but you will do this. If you feel bad about your weight - fix it, don't complain about it.

well loosing weight doesnt come easy
most people wish they could click there fingers and be slim, but unfortunatly it doesnt work that way.
if you want to loose weight then u have to be serious about it and stick to the rules

go for a 20-30 mins run at least 3-4 times week
dont eat when ur not hungry (most people just munch and munch when there bored )
so if u are ever tempted to eat then make sure its fruit, or maybe a low carbs cereal bar.
situps, bike riding, skipping rope coms in handy aswel, do anything that will get you out of the house and not sat in slobbing everywhere
try and reach the limit of loosing 1000 cals a day
if you usually have a quite large portion for a meal then yes maybe cut down a little but, dont cut down to much that ur not eating properly, also if u eat less for meals, you will find that your getting hungry later on in the day and you will want to eat something else
make sure on a morning u have a decent
healthy meal that will fill you up till lunch time,
i also found out that not eating breakfast makes you put on weight ( its weird but true)

hope i helped

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

Music allows you to eat more. According to a survey by the journal Psychology as well as Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage that you take time over your supper, so you consume more food. So, switch off – silence can make you more aware of what you’re applying your mouth.
