End times as in end of the world...no. A "great change" is coming though. Those that know how to survive w/o technology are the ones that will live on. What is coming, is similar to what happened during Noah's day. Not destruction....but clean up.

Ah, yes, the end times. Well, all things that man has created have first and foremost been used as tools of war. Every single bit of research has been, first, used to destroy if it has a destructive possibility. The US, Israel, England, China, India, Pakistan have enough nuclear weapons to destroy the earth a thousands times over. The accidents at Three Mile Island, Chernobyl are nothing compared to the possibilities.
It is only a matter of time before a major accident happens or a terrorist gets a nuclear weapon and starts WW III. Every nuclear weapon will, at sometime soon, have to be dismantled, and the more there are the higher the chance of accident.

We are in the "sorrows/birth pains" and this fig tree generation started in 1948, when the little nation of Israel became a nation. Jer 24.
Sorrows, or birth pains, thats how the end of the age is, like birth pains . . . closer and closer till we have birth of a new age.
1Th 5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

The bible tells us what composite signs will mean it is near the end of times here are some of the signs and yes some of these thing have been around for a long time but its when all of these things are happening at the same time around the earth is when you know we are nearing the end.
2tim3:1-5 But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, 4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up [with pride], lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power; and from these turn away.
read luke chapter 21,matthew chapter 24 and mark chapter 13 and note what it says in luke 21:28 But as these things start to occur, raise yourselves erect and lift YOUR heads up, because YOUR deliverance is getting near.” as we see all these things happen as jesus said they would we see that we must be near there is not one of these signs that jesus stated that isnt taking place today.

I do not think it is the end of times. If you look at the Mayan calendar, the earth will become a place in which the only people that will survive, are people that have learned to care for themselves and support themselves without the use of technology. People that are able to grow their own food, for instance.
Only the strong survive!

Because you've got crazy religious zealot world leaders ( The Nitwit in OUR White House is a prime example) with their fingers on enough firepower to destroy this planet a thousand times over. It ain't no boogity hocus -pocus sky marshal ( called Gods to all the religious nuts of the world) that will destroy us (they don't exist), it'll be some jack off who thinks his god's better than your god and go even crazier than he/she already is and destroy us all.

It appears that we are in the Season mentioned in the Bible, but we have had seasons before. Nero's time, Hitler's time etc...God is waiting.....
