I hope you are rich. The vet should have it. Its a very expensive antibiotic.. Get out your credit card and be prepared.

You need to get your dog to an Vet hospital ER, ASAP.If this is so critical your wasting precious time on this forum,and trying to buy this medication from dubious sources. Vancomycin is extremely expensive,and mostly given IV,there are capsules available,but human dosages are very different from those for animals.I don't know that it is approved for Veterinary use.Get your beloved pet to the Vet.Take care. Vancomycin is a very strong medication and IV administration is something only a trained professional can do. It is also very irritating to blood vessels and needs to be carefully monitored.
I'm sorry about your situation but you need to bring your dog in to a vet.
