That all depends on what your smoking! I used to smoke cigarettes while drinking, many people do, and besides the known health risks of both, it's not a problem.

You should be aware that heavy smoking and heavy drinking together are specific risk factors for a particular cancer of the larynx and esophagus. The treatment for this cancer usually results in having to breathe through a hole in the neck, and losing the ability to speak without mechanical assistance.

I dont know if anyone else has noticed, but it seems like when you drink and dont smoke, you buzz tends to stay a lot cleaner. at the same time, the buzz doesnt seem to last as long. Smoking while drinking makes me feel sicker and definitely prolongs the buzz and make hangovers worst. recently been trying to quit smoking. and just noticed this.

absolutely. smoking while drinking can be very satisfying. plus you can wipe some of those extra years off the back side of your life a little faster that way too!

Depends on what you are smoking. Cigarettes or pot go well with alcohol but smoking crack kinda defeats the purpose.

smoking and drinking go hand in hand, advisable or not. good advise would be to avoid both. i enjoy both.

that's my weekness. when i drink, i want to smoke, and when i smoke i want a drink..

i've actually read that smoking cigarettes while drinking tends to make people more sad or upset than those who don't.

Well, it will get you drunk faster because you're cutting off oxygen to the brain. I myself find it to be a really nice buzz.
