The bible says that in these last days He will pour out His Spirit on ALL flesh. A great light before darkness takes over.

You have to be careful in what is meant as the "plan of salvation". The Catholic Church is only stating that it considers all goodness and truth found in non-Christian religions as "a preparation for the Gospel". It is not saying that all religions are equally correct, nor is it saying that all religions are the same in God's plan for salvation.
As a general rule Catholics believe that salvation is from Jesus Christ and the plan of salvation is found in the Christian faith. However, it also allows that it possible for a non-Christian to be saved. Jews and Muslims are seen as worshiping the same God as Christians.

The plan of salvation is for everyone. Jesus Christ gave His life on a Roman cross for the sin of all mankind, past, present, and future. We only have to accept the gift of pardon that He died to give us, believe that He is God in human form and that He rose from the dead. Then the blood that He shed cleanses us from all our sin and guarantees us a home in Heaven with Him. That 's what the Bible says. I don't know what the catholic catechism says.

No, It means that Jesus desires all men to be saved, meaning come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Muslims do not accept Jesus as God and therefore are involved in error.
There are other errors in their beliefs compared to Christianity but this is the biggest and most insurmountable.

He/She who believes in GOD, fear GOD, Follow the will of GOD, Remember the Ten Commandments will be saves......... Even if you are a muslim, christian, or jews but if you are did not follow his commandment you are doom...

the bible is only a mythical book. unprovable.
same as the catholic doctrine.
neither cult, nor cult manual (both unprovable), have the keys to the afterlife.
