I'd say it depends on how close you live to the emergency room, and how good your medical insurance is.
Seriously - how much did you pay for the sushi? $5? $10? I don't know how much it costs, I don't buy the stuff. But how much is a night of indigestion worth, or a day off work spent hurling in the bathroom, or an overnight stay in the hospital to have your stomach pumped or be treated for salmonella?
Weigh the risks and the chances of it happening against the benefit, and then decide.

If the salmon is smoked then knock yourself out.
California rolls are all vegetable...knock yourself out again.
The only thing is..it wont taste as good...The rice will be dry and it just wont have that over all fresh flavor. sushi is meant to eat immediately.

i wouldn't because its raw fish. you should have thrown it in the freezer if you knew you weren't going to eat it the same day. the california roll should be ok though (the fake crab in there is cooked) but skip the salmon.

You'd be better off making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

No, all sushi is gross, even when it is fresh. Give it to a cat.
