find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

+ Only eat when you're hungry.
+ Walk about 30 mins-45 mins each day, walking fast for 2 mins and then walking moderate for 2 mins then repeating
+ Jogging for 15-30 mins in the park every 2 days
+ Doing yoga 2-3 times a week
+ Swimming 4-5 days a week
+ Walking your dog [if you have one]..
+ Do 10-20 sit ups every day
+ Get 1litre water bottle and fill it HALF WAY with water, and put your arm straight down so it's beside your waist. Then Bring it up like you would with a weight, then bring it down. Do this 15 times on each arm twice a day!!
+ I also used to do Jump Rope it burns about 400 calories in 10-40 minutes and is really good for strengthening your legs!
+ Ride your bike to&from work [if you go to work]
+ Do Pilates. Lie down on the ground facing a wall. Lift your leg up [make sure it's straight] move it high up against the wall until you feel a slight stretch [DON'T do it too high otherwise you'll cause injury] hold for 4-5 seconds and do the same with the other foot. Repeat 5 times, twice a day
+ Eat healthily. If you do all these exercises then munch on bars of chocolate or McDonald's, you'll never succeed. Allow yourself one small bar of chocolate every Sunday, after Sunday Lunch and don't give into temptation!

* Gradually build up though, don't do everything I listed here all at once because you'll do yourself injury.. And all this does pay off because I was 5'6 and 160lbs once and I gradually went down to 122lbs (over a period of 3-4 years), and I didn't even restrict any foods I just did all this exercise and didn't do any diets. I don't eat McDonald's or fish and chips or any other fast food, just healthy food and I only eat spicy foods ocasionally

So many solutions... dude you are very younger. Don't say that "I am a pupil so I do not get time for something". You have at all times. Eat anything you desire to. Just cross external in night time and play a few out of doors video games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket and many others and many others. Play up to you'll. Play soccer day-to-day for an hour or 2 and you can see the alterations.

You're on the right track if you've already lose 15 pounds. When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.

As others have pointed out, spot reduction is not possible through normal means.

In other words, if you are at your ideal weight but still have excessive fat in some parts of your body, you might want to consider a liposuction. Because a liposuction is basically a surgical tool that achieves spot reduction.

Adkins or Scarsdale Diet... Go check out the books in the library and the diet is spelled out in them.
Raw diet also takes it off quick but lifestyle is the only way to keep it off..

You are not going to spot reduce no matter what you do.
