Em hotep!

I am proud to say that I am one of you who also follow the ancient egyptian religion, to the point of performing the rituals in the book of the dead.

I have founded a Temple on line, but it accepts all pagan paths and you are welcome to join, but failing that it would be wonderful to correspond and see how we are all following this path.

I am constantly on the look out for like minded souls, because after all, well be playing senet in the seh hall together and eating with osiris so it'd be great to get to know each other now!!

There are very few of us who are actually doing it.

I am living in Egypt now, and I moved here purposely to assist osiris when he awakens. Hawass gave a report on Egyptian TV that when he found the coffin of the lord of Hensu, and looked at the mummie of Osiris, he said he saw Osiris look back at him, Hawass became dizzy, nearly fainted and had to be carried out of the tomb. So this is great news.

Use a search engine to look up Kemeticism (or look in Yahoo Groups, MySpace, Livejournal, or whatever people are using these days), and you'll find all sorts of pagans following the Egyptian tradition.

Good luck!

I am an Egyptian girl. And I doubt that there is one Egyptian guy/girl who follows what you and your friend are following. By the years people’s mentality and life develope.. We admire them and we are proud of them as they are our ancestors, and because they were the most developed people at their age.. I am really not making fun of what you believe in, I just want to advise you that you should read and learn about other religions and choose what fits you spiritually and be at the same time logical to you...

Rome develop into no longer widespread of Pagan communities. It develop into paternalistic fairly of maternalistic. It develop right into a "protection tension State", no longer democratic. mutually as the final populus could have been authentic Pagan, the government develop into no longer. different than for the worship of Bacchus. in case you purely worship, one God(Bacchus), you're a mono-theist, and not Pagan. Your question is defective. Paganism did no longer administration Rome, however the corrupt government did. the only cultures the place Paganism "controlled" something have been the Celts and the Norse. authentic Pagan and a theocracy. regrettably neither ought to quit the invading Romans for long.
