+ Only eat when you're hungry.
+ Walk about 30 mins-45 mins each day, walking fast for 2 mins and then walking moderate for 2 mins then repeating
+ Jogging for 15-30 mins in the park every 2 days
+ Doing yoga 2-3 times a week
+ Swimming 4-5 days a week
+ Walking your dog [if you have one]..
+ Do 10-20 sit ups every day
+ Get 1litre water bottle and fill it HALF WAY with water, and put your arm straight down so it's beside your waist. Then Bring it up like you would with a weight, then bring it down. Do this 15 times on each arm twice a day!!
+ I also used to do Jump Rope it burns about 400 calories in 10-40 minutes and is really good for strengthening your legs!
+ Ride your bike to&from work [if you go to work]
+ Do Pilates. Lie down on the ground facing a wall. Lift your leg up [make sure it's straight] move it high up against the wall until you feel a slight stretch [DON'T do it too high otherwise you'll cause injury] hold for 4-5 seconds and do the same with the other foot. Repeat 5 times, twice a day
+ Eat healthily. If you do all these exercises then munch on bars of chocolate or McDonald's, you'll never succeed. Allow yourself one small bar of chocolate every Sunday, after Sunday Lunch and don't give into temptation!
* Gradually build up though, don't do everything I listed here all at once because you'll do yourself injury.. And all this does pay off because I was 5'6 and 160lbs once and I gradually went down to 122lbs (over a period of 3-4 years), and I didn't even restrict any foods I just did all this exercise and didn't do any diets. I don't eat McDonald's or fish and chips or any other fast food, just healthy food and I only eat spicy foods ocasionally

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

My little sister had the same problem...fat runs in our family also.
You should join an activity that requires you to run like soccer, softball,or maybe even basketball. This will help you not think about food, and you're exercising at the same time. Also make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day...when you drink alto of water it helps you loose weight. Make sure you healthier things like salads, fruit, but keep eating meat, and bread. You have to make sure you get all your nutrients, just don't eat allot of things with starch such as bread, potatoes, rice, pasta..cut all that in half of what you eat now. Too much starch can can make you gain weight! My sister drank at least a jug of water a day, and by her being in school activities she went from A SIZE 16 TO A 7! I hope this really helps you! Good Luck!

Children should not actually diet since it can cause issues with growth, if you slowly change your diet it will help but if you go from (this is an example) mcdonalds everyday straight to a stick of celery and a tic-tac you will have serious growth issues.
If you always chew on a stick of gum you wont think about food
