"Who are these people according to the Bible"?
Who are these people who fits ALL (as in 100%) of the following biblical descriptions:

Acts 15:14
a people for God's name (Jehovah) gathered from all nations
Acts 24:15
have hope in the resurrection
John 13:35
have outstanding love among themselves - ultimate proof of being Jesus true disciples
John 15:18, 17:14
hated by the people of the world in general, even as Jesus was hated, because they are no part of it.
Matthew 24:14
They preach the good news of the kingdom in all the inhabited earth and give a witness to all nations.

This can only be the Christian congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Act 15:14 Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name.

Act 24:15 And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust

Joh 13:35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

Joh 15:18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

Joh 17:14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

Mat 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Those that fit this description are those that God called, those that have answered God's call, laid down the former things, share in the life, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus, live a sanctified and set apart life, who preach the true gospel even in the face of adversity and prosecution, who show and walk in the love of God, though those they love will show hatred to them.

acts 15:14.Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name. According to the apostles of Jesus ,Gods Name was Jesus. The apostles baptized in JESUS NAME in acts 2-38.. because they knew the father , the son, the holy ghosts name was Jesus..Perhaps the people of acts 15 -14 are those who have been baptized in JESUS NAME.........As for the gospel being preached in all the world in matt 24 -14..., I think there is some confusion concerning this particular gospel..Matt 24 is about times end and the false christs and false prophets who bring great deceptions and false gospels.. It is possible the gospel of matt 24 -14 is the false gospel of the kingdom these deceivers bring......especially so since the very next sentence after the one about the gospel says 'when you therefore SEE this abomination that makes one desolate'....The lies of the false gospel do indeed make one desolate of the truth and of christs spirit..Other verses in the bible say Christs Gospel was preached to the entire world by 70 ad...Many groups rise up and claim they are the elect of christ and they alone have the truth..This is just not true..The body of christ is hidden and known only to god..And god being the all wise all merciful has probably placed this body of believers in all denominations for his work..i doubt He would put all believers into one little separated group and allow the rest of christianity to flounder...

John 15:18; 17:14. The world hates them
Mat 24:14. World wide preaching of God’s word.

All these point out to Jehovah’s Witnesses (JWs). They are the ones who uphold God’s name. Others have erased God’s name in their Bible. People call them cults too.
Yes, they have world wide brotherhood of love. A JW will always find a warm welcome anywhere in the world from his brothers/sisters in the faith. They don’t join wars. Have you heard of JW’s joining the military? None. The world really hates them. You probably have driven them out, call them names, or even threaten them when they knock on your doors.

But, beside all these obstacles, Jehovah God has really blessed their world wide preaching work. According to an independent survey, they are now the 10th largest religion in the world.

I disagree w/ them on many points ( e.g issue on blood, 1914, etc). But, yes, all these descriptions point to JWs.
