By cleaning up your bad boys image. Your reputation has ruined things for you when it comes to being with someone of quality. To turn things around you have to prove to her you are not all about you. do things to impress her, like doing for others, do charity work, help out the less fortunate. Work on being her friend first and not a romantic interest. That way she knows that you are into her as a person, not as a conquest. Good luck.
