If you learned something useful and you were travelling abroad - then most likely yes, unless you blew like 30 years of hard savings. If you are young, you should be out experiencing the world - you have plenty of time to save.

That would probably depend on how much "all your savings" were, what you traveled for, and other stuff as well. A lot more details would be needed to accurately answer the question. If you decide it wasn't worth it, you've learned your lesson, and if you decide it was worth it, you don't have to feel guilty. Either way, just get back to your life and saving up money again.

One assumes that only you can make that determination. Being financially conservative, I would never spend all my savings unless it was an emergency. That being said, age and responsibility are great factors for evaluation. When I was a young man, I had little cash and not many concerns.
