starvation lol um, celery is a really good snack, it burns heaps of calories. The reason for this is as you chew it you are actually burning more calories than you are consuming.
Another trick is to fill up on one or two glasses of water before eating, it makes you feel fuller.
Obviously stick to healthy foods and if you have an exercise bike or bicycle it's a proven fact that you burn more weight with the following exercise:
Peddle normally for 12 seconds and then, as fast as you can, peddle for 8 seconds. Do this continuously for 20 min and it works the same as riding flat out for 40min a day. It somehow works well with our metabolisms.
Another trick is instead of 3 decent meals per day, eat 6 smaller ones, this too will speed up your metabolism

Eat 6 small but balanced meals per day. Your carbs should be high in fiber, your proteins should be lean, and your fats should be sparing but high in the omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. Avoid greasy foods, alcohol, and candy.
Lift weights or perform power yoga. These are resistance exercises which will increase your lean mass and burn extra calories 24 hours per day. Also, some cardio helps.
Use a measuring tape instead of a scale to measure your progress because the measuring tape is more accurate.

The best way to lose wieght would probally be go on a healthy diet or do a few sit-ups before you go to bed everynight. And if that doesn't work you should check out a gym close to you.

Of course well balanced diet is one part to shed down extra flab.Try to avoid deeply fried items and salty items like pickles.
Most important thing is regular exercise....for some person working on a gym may cause "reflux".So best recommended one is floor exercises....
Go for a brisk walking for 45 minutes......
Yogic exercises like "dhanurasan' (bow position), "pakshimothannasan" and "trigonasan" will reduce your tummy size to a desired level...
If i explain these "yogic asanas" one by one it will go for pages...if you are really interested ..please contact me through e-mail and I will send the necessary information to you....of course mine is totally a FREE SERVICE.
