Deuces wild hold 'em fold 'em is my favorite, but I've only seen it at the Fitzgerald's in Reno.
Locally (Seattle) I play Ultimate Texas Hold'em or Fortune Pai Gow
These would be considered "carnival games" with serious odds for the house, but they are fun and they offer giant payouts if you are lucky enough to get the big hands.
