I am so depress, because I lost everything, job, family, friends and so on and no where to run to start. I became languid.

Develop an interest, find and develop a hobby/talent, that will interest you, this is one of the most important things you can do to build your self-esteem. when you do something you like, it sharpens your mind and it builds your self-esteem. Everything starts with you. Look around you, have you really lost everything? you still have a lovely body and soul, nothing can take that away from you. Listen to your intuition and your heart. Maybe start reading self-help books, they have helped me, go to a shop, walk and look around the book shop, the book that bounces or grabs you, among the rest. take it. It has worked for me. Live now, let go of the past, forgive and start fresh. You have a new starting point that gives you a new opportunity to do something new. When you wake up every morning, think of something good you done in your life. think of positive thoughts and take every day as it comes, after all tomorrow is another day.Take care of yourself. ONLY YOU CAN DO THAT.

Try going out to a coffee shop and starting up a conversation with someone random. Sometimes just talking to someone briefly helps quite a bit.

In our society, there is one place where anyone of any age, or class, or position is welcome. That is in a church. You can ask to be prayed for, that your hope would return. When there, ask if there is someone you might speak with, be it today or later in the week. They will be very glad to have the opportunity to speak with you and to pray with you. God is our source of genuine hope.
