Oh please. Assuming they are all at their peak of conditioning and age, it would have to be Bruce Lee. The guy was the real deal. When he first started teaching martial arts some of the Teachers of other Chinese martial arts ordered him to stopping teaching "non-chinese" students. Lee refused, and they challenged him to fight against their best fighter. After Lee beat him badly, henceforth there was no strict forbiddance against teaching anyone he wanted.
As for the others, the order would be as such:
Jet Li
Jackie Chan
Claude Van Damme (a dancer who pretended to be a martial artist)

Bruce Lee would probably beat any of the others. I really don't know much about Jet Li's actualy fighting ability. Jackie Chan's style is (self-admitted) mostly for show. He might not embarrass himself, but I doubt he could beat any of the others. Jean Claude nowadays would get stomped, but in his younger days he could probably beat Jet Li.

first fight jackie chan vs van damme in a 2nd round knockout the winner is chan
second fight bruce lee vs jet li after a 3rd round desicion the winner is bruce lee
the championship lee vs chan half way through the 3rd round while both are battered and blooody from out of the crowd emerges tony jaa to deliver knees to both of their heads so the winner is....tony jaa

My opinion: Lee vs. Chan= Lee (Lee is much more skilled as a fighter, Chan is an incredible stunt man, and an average fighter); Li vs. van Damme= Li (again Li has been trained very well in martial arts his entire life, he is fluent with many different styles, van Damme is too one dimensional); Lee vs. Li= Li (again, Jet Li has been trained in several different styles of martial arts, he is very proficient with weapons, and in the end, I think he has too many options to defend and successfully defeat Lee's Jeet Koon Do style). Of course, this is just my opinion.

Mr. Lee and Mr Li. are the finalists.
Mr Chan is an acrobat and Mr Van Damme is a dancer.(No disrespect intended for either)
All are great athletes.
I believe Mr. Lee would win. He is the consummate martial artist.
It would be a hell of a contest .
