i put a smiley face with barbeque or tomato sauce sometimes both i might add mayo at times

On most hamburgers, I prefer a thin smear of mayonnaise on both buns (top and bottom), about a tablespoon or so of ketchup, and a slice of american cheese.
I made some kick@ss hamburgers last night though. Bought some good, tangy swiss cheese from the deli, and sauteed some onions and mushrooms. YUM!

I like an onion roll split open and lightly toasted. I like for grilled mushrooms and onions to be placed on top of the burger and a thick slice of sharp cheddar cheese. Maybe a little ketchup or BBQ sauce on the bottom! :)

Fresh white sesame seed, buttered, hamburger bun
100% beef pattie, grilled to perfection
Caramelised / partially burnt onion
Melted tasty cheese
Barbeque sauce
Simple but sooooooo tasty!

It's almost 4 am and seeing this makes me want a burger NOW...but I love mine with cheese, pickles, and lots of ketchup!

I like it with all the toppings! Including: lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, and pickles!!!! YUM!!
