i used to have the same problem when i was young. to solve this problem, i put on a lot of powder on my feet(baby powder works just fine), then put on your socks. make sure to sprinkle a lot in your socks too and some in your shoes. seriously, it helps. try to keep your feet away from getting damp and sweaty. when you get home, wash your feet immediately and sprinkle more powder. keep doing this for a while it should go away eventually.
another thing that works is foot spray. carry a travel size bottle with you.
i hope this helps.

Change your shoes to ones that let the air circulate? Maybe wash your socks every day. Maybe wash your feet as soon as you get home and then go barefoot?

To go along with the others answers which are good concerning trying breathable shoes, etc. You should talk to your Dr. Your feet may sweat too much and he can help alleviate that problem

It's your shoes, not your feet.
If you were to go barefoot all day(assuming you bathe daily) you feet would only smell of what you walk through.
Buy some new(washable) shoes.
