I may not have the answer you're looking for, but the pilate machines you see at stores (chuck norris advertises them on tv). You can buy a low-end one at the sport stores or resell stores for about $100, or so, and they are truly incredible things. The way the board slides back and forth elongates your muscles while you exercise. I don't know much about pilates without the machines, but if you can't afford one, look for a video with that kind of training.

i understand a woman who's 4' 11" and she or he weighs one hundred and five lbs and she or he does not have or look like she has any fat on her in any respect. so i wager in case you extra 5" to her and made her your top she would weigh as much as you or perhaps much less! so your won't be able to be fat.
