You sound like you may be experiencing symptoms of low-blood sugar and low fluid balance. Make sure you are drinking plenty and eating healthy protein and carbs every 3 hours. Try to keep a your blood sugar steady, not letting yourself get hungry, thirsty. If it continues, go get checked by an MD. You SHOULD feel better. If you feel bad, there is a reason. If your eating habits aren't it, then you've got me stumped. It does sound like you need to step up your food intake. Do it for a few days consistently. If it doesn't help, please see a doc.

When you're doing as much running as you are, you're going to have to eat at least six times a day. Your body has to have fuel to continue running without breaking down. You will not gain weight this will go into your body like gasoline into a car. You wouldn't want to force your car to work without gasoline and the same applies for the body.

You probably should cut back on your running until you can get your metabolism balanced.

Make sure your keeping yourself hydrated and learn to listen to your body, to me it sounds like your over training, back off a bit, let your body catch up and pick up the pace again. I ran for 38 years and miss it terribly, knees are wore out!!!
